Have you started your team yet? Over 100 teams have already registered for the Parkinson’s Association of San Diego’s annual Fighting Parkinson’s Step by Step 5K Walk and Fun Run on Saturday, April 16th at NTC Park at Liberty Station. Registration includes a t-shirt!
This year’s event is promising to be bigger and better than ever! New this year will be a Research Pavilion, featuring local neurology clinics and research organizations from around San Diego who are currently working with people with Parkinson’s disease.
Another new addition to this year’s event will be the Paws for Parkinson’s Pet Festival area, featuring pet adoptions, access to trainers and more! Don’t forget to register your dog for the walk as well to ensure Fido or Fifi receives a t-shirt as well!
