The Parkinson’s Association of San Diego sponsors several Parkinson’s Support Groups throughout San Diego County with the help of our volunteer Support Group Leaders. We invite you to attend and share your thoughts, learn from others and connect with the local Parkinson’s community. All support groups are free of charge.
