Libby Tate, a University of San Diego alumna, is a dedicated board contributor, strategic business partner, and advocate for senior wellness. With more than 28 years of senior leadership and director-level experience across the manufacturing, home healthcare, and hospitality sectors, she brings deep expertise in strategic leadership and innovation, along with a passion for making a difference for people with neurodegenerative illnesses. For 11 years, she provided dedicated full-time caregiving and complex healthcare navigation for her parents through their respective journeys with Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease. Libby combines a strong foundation in organizational leadership and care partnership with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation in health care and bioscience. She also serves on the Executive Board of the North County Estate Planning Council San Diego (NCEPC-SD).
