Recently retired to La Jolla after founding and helping to guide Rubio’s Restaurants (Home of the Fish Taco) over the last 42 years.
Graduated SDSU in 1978 with a Liberal Studies degree, emphasis in Psychology & Spanish.
I enjoy tennis, soccer, and travel, and staying connected with dear friends.
