Robert Mowry is a finance, healthcare, and life sciences investment professional who leads Del Mar Life Sciences, advising and serving on investment committees for physicians, dental groups, and healthcare organizations.

He also serves as a Venture Partner at Phase Two Ventures, a San Diego-based life sciences venture fund, supporting emerging healthcare and life sciences companies through investment and strategic development. Robert holds degrees from UC San Diego and UCLA School of Law and is pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Service Operations at Harvard Medical School.

His work sits at the intersection of healthcare, life sciences, investment, and innovation, with a focus on supporting organizations that advance healthcare and improve patient outcomes. As a member of the Parkinson’s Association of San Diego board, Robert brings his investment and healthcare expertise to support the organization’s mission, Parkinson’s community, and volunteers, while honoring the legacy of Dr. Robert and Mary Mowry, founding PASD board members.
