Phil has been a Human Resources professional since 1988 specializing in HR leadership, executive coaching, talent acquisition, team building, and organizational development. Phil has been with KinderCare Learning Companies since 2015, and currently serves as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner. Prior to his HR career, Phil proudly served as a U.S. Marine. Phil started experiencing Parkinson’s symptoms in 2017, and was diagnosed in 2019 at age 55. Phil joined the Board for the Parkinson’s Association of San Diego in January 2023.
