Jonathan Schwartz is a gerontologist and founder of Partner in Aging, where he helps San Diego–area families navigate care, housing, and aging solutions with compassion and innovation. With over 20 years of experience working directly with older adults, Jonathan bridges traditional care giving with emerging technologies that support independence at home.

He’s passionate about re-framing aging as a stage of growth and purpose, not decline, and is currently leading projects that test smart home and wearable technologies to predict health changes before crises occur. Jonathan also writes and speaks about the future of aging, care giving, and the balance between technology and human connection.
