I contacted you on behalf of our research group at the Department of Physical Therapy, University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) where we conduct studies focused on gait and balance among older adults and those with Parkinson’s disease. Our survey among individuals with Parkinson’s disease (PD) to understand their perspective regarding their physical activity, habits, pain, mood, social support, and other behaviors is now ready and we would appreciate your assistance in distributing it to your members via your mailing list or posting it on your website or any other applicable means.
