Free Mobility Devices

All the items listed on this page have been donated to the Parkinson’s Association of San Diego for use by San Diego County residents impacted by Parkinson’s. All items are lightly used and free to those who need them. This program is managed by Harmony Home Medical. To request an item, click on the photo and add it to your shopping cart. “Purchase” the item for $0. The system will not ask you for a credit card. After your “free purchase” you will receive an email with details regarding store pickup or delivery. Pickup is free; there is a small delivery charge which you will pay directly to Harmony Home Medical. This program is a service of the Parkinson’s Association of San Diego.
