I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California, practicing since 2009. I have trained and worked in a variety of settings helping individuals with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment disorders, as well as other mental health diagnoses that require a higher level of care. I enjoy helping and supporting others through challenging episodes in their life.

My therapy style can be described as judgment free and supportive yet goal oriented and solution focused. The approaches to therapy that I often utilize include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and client centered therapy; however, depending on the presenting concerns and goals may sometimes utilize a mindfulness based or existential approach.

I think that seeking out support takes courage, and my goal is to create a safe and welcoming experience. I look forward to working with you and helping you navigate any obstacles or challenges in your life.

Polina Eidelman PhD

Position: Clinical Psychologist

Effective therapy can address our problems while helping us bring more meaning, self-awareness, and joy into our lives. I feel honored to get to do this work with my patients and aim to meet each person with warmth, compassion, and flexibility.

In therapy, we work together to implement an individualized treatment plan that integrates evidence-based CBT strategies with awareness of each person’s unique goals, values, and strengths.

My patients and I focus on enhancing their understanding of their experience, figuring out what they need to live more fulfilling lives, and implementing practical tools to help them reach their goals.

I aim to help each person I work with make deep and lasting changes and leave treatment with learning and a set of tools they can continue to use on their own.

Susanne Dillmann Psy.D.

Position: Clinical Psychologist
Categories: Clinical Psychologist

I am a licensed clinical psychologist here in California and have an office in Escondido. I offer both in person and telehealth (video or phone) sessions. I received my doctorate in 2006 in clinical psychology from the University of Denver, in Denver Colorado and have had my private practice since 2008.

It is a deep joy as well as a profound honor to know and work with my clients – my life is enriched through the work that I am fortunate to do. I focus on adults, both individuals and couples, and while the proverbial door is open to most issues, I specialize in emotions, relationships and trauma.

My clients and I work as a team. We jointly create the support, healing and growth that my client is desiring, as well as deserving. Life truly is a most precious gift and each of us has a birthright, regardless of life’s circumstances, to live in abundance, to thrive and dwell in contentment as well as peace.

For more information on my style of work or on the logistics of therapy, visit my website at www.drdillmann.com or feel free to call/email me. I will gladly answer any and all questions or provide desired information.
