Helping Hands Senior Foundation is a non-profit organization that offers a free care planning service to seniors 65 and older of any income, insurance, and or health condition. We specialize in working with low income seniors, to help them stretch their budget, lower their cost of living and improve their quality of life. We can assist with housing/ placement, care resources, food, transportation, VA benefits, financial aid, fall prevention, home safety and so much more.

Caregiver Networks Club is a FREE support group for families taking care of a loved one, compassionate caregivers and anyone in the healthcare industry who supports caregivers and seniors. If you are interested in networking, sharing resources, receiving new resources, meeting others who are in the same situation as you, learning from educational guest speakers, meeting caregivers, finding caregivers, and finding support then you are at the right spot!

ON THE GO Transportation Solutions for Older Adults

NeuroLab 360 is a nonprofit organization located in Encinitas, CA offering outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and wellness based services. Therapists specialize in working with individuals with Parkinson’s Disease and are PWR! Moves Certified. NeuroLab 360 offers daily group exercise classes for individuals living with PD including PWR! Moves classes, Balance classes, and Circuit Classes. In addition, NeuroLab 360 offers a free Speak Out Speech Group led by a Speech Therapist.

RISE Physical Therapy was born from a simple philosophy: everyone deserves the best treatment possible.
